For me, there's nothing too exciting parts wise in this set, but it does create a cute scene. The poodle, with the scarf printing, is exclusive to this set.

Completed Build

The build is very appropriate for a poodle. There is a grooming stand, a dog dish, and a grand dog house - hence "palace" in the title. I like the window in the back of the dog house; it adds a bit of elegance.

Extra Pieces

These are some interesting extras. This is the first time I've come across extra actual bricks. It's always nice to have extra bricks.

I think this one will appeal to more children than adults, as the pieces included are not too rare, except the poodle itself. There is plenty of playability for children for such a small set.
